"Moonchild" is a novel written by the British occultist Aleister Crowley in 1917. Its plot involves a magical war between a group of white magicians, led by Simon Iff, and a group of black magicians and Black Lodge, over an unborn child. Moonchild is supposed to become an incarnation of a particular etherial being, whose powers should be crucial for white magician in battling against the evil. A train of occult and magical adventures and intrigues follows.
