Исходя из диалектического закона «отрицание отрицания» предлагается единая картина физического мира, в котором узловыми точками развития являются планетарные системы макро и микро мира, отличающиеся друг от друга плотностью вещества и размерах в ~ 10[12] раз. В системах действуют обратно квадратичные законы тяготения масс, с константами тяготения соответственно 6,674.10[-8] и 1,847.10[28] см[3]/гс[2], которые задают орбитальное движение тел и элементарных частиц относительно друг друга. Орбитальные расстояния в системах выражены квантовыми уравнениями, в которых они пропорциональны квадратам целых чисел. В уравнения входят также константы тяготения, массы и скорости осевого вращения центральных тел. Кроме того, орбитальные расстояния обратно пропорциональны корню квадратному из соответствующих скоростей излучения, характерных для каждой системы. Движение тел в обеих системах подчиняются третьему закону Кеплера, который по-существу является «скрепой» макро и микро систем, связывающей изменения в характере орбитального движения в микро системах с типом агрегатных и фазовых переходов веществ в макро системах.

Рассматриваются планетарные системы микро- и макромира, как две узловые точки в строении материи, автор предлагает гипотезы, в которых закономерности одной системы переносятся на другую. Доказывается квантование орбит в Солнечной и спутниковых системах. Даётся объяснение причин замедления искусственных спутников, вековых изменений элементов орбит, скоростей вращения тел. Приводится анализ различных теорий происхождения Солнечной системы. Перенос закономерностей макромира на микромир позволяет толковать энтропийный член в уравнении термодинамического потенциала как орбитальную кинетическую энергию тяготеющих относительно друг друга молекул. Химическая связь рассматривается как результат тяготения между массами ядер. Предлагается уравнение тяготения для микромира, расчёты энергии связей по которому совпадают с экспериментальными данными. В дополнительных главах рассмотрена энергетика водородного цикла, причины кратности масс и периодичности свойств химических элементов, а также орбитальный механизм агрегатных переходов, новая концепция магнетизма Земли и сильное взаимодействие в веществе.

Book “Hypotheses-3: Genesis and Evolution of Atoms and Cosmic Bodies”. is the final one in the series “Hypotheses. Serkov AT ". The first book in this series was published in 1998. This book examines the formation of chemical elements, their evolution and decay. The initial product is hydrogen (protons), which is formed by condensation of sub-elementary particles and during nuclear reactions by the mechanism of the formation of «secondary drops» when a «drop» of nuclear liquid hits the surface of the liquid nucleus of an atom (crown splash effect). An increase in the mass of atoms occurs as a result of the orbital capture of atoms of light elements, their subsequent deceleration and fall on the nucleus, as a result of which the frequency of rotation of nuclei increases, leading to periodic disruption of dynamic boundary layers and, accordingly, to a periodic change in the properties of chemical elements. An increase in the speed of rotation of stars with an increase in their mass indicates the occurrence of similar processes in space and the main sequence in the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram reflects the process of an increase in the mass of stars due to orbital captures of red and brown dwarfs. Periodic changes in the properties of exoplanetary systems are predicted depending on the mass of stars, in particular, their sizes.

The book is a continuation of the collection «Hypotheses» published in 1998. It contains 34 articles on physics and chemistry, which are united by the general idea of micro gravitational interaction of atoms. As a result of an increase in the density of matter in the nucleus of an atom, gravitational forces are converted into shortacting, but 36 decimal orders of magnitude more effective micro gravitational (molecular according to P. Laplace) forces. A high-density core forms micro gravitational field, which is considered as a visco-elastic body, with shear deformation of which, caused by the rotation of the atomic nucleus, a magnetic field appears. It is responsible for the appearance of repulsive forces between atoms. The book examines physical and chemical phenomena from the standpoint of micro gravitational interactions of elementary particles.

The planetary systems of the micro- and macrocosm considered as two nodal points in the structure of matter, the author proposes hypotheses in which the laws of one system are transferred to another. The quantization of orbits in the solar and satellite systems is proved. An explanation is given of the reasons for the deceleration of artificial satellites, secular changes in orbital elements, and rotational speeds of bodies. The analysis of various theories of the origin of the solar system is given. The transfer of the laws of the macrocosm to the micro world allows us to interpret the entropy term in the equation of thermodynamic potential as the orbital kinetic energy of molecules gravitating relative to each other. A chemical bond is considered as a result of micro gravitation between the masses of nuclei. A gravitational equation is proposed for the micro world the calculations of the binding energy on which coincide with the experimental data. Additional chapters discuss the energy of the hydrogen cycle, the reasons for the multiplicity of masses and the periodicity of the properties of chemical elements, as well as the orbital mechanism of aggregate transitions, the new concept of Earth's magnetism and оn the strong interaction in matter.
